At CollectorPulls, we carefully pack each order to help protect your Pokémon cards, toys, and collectibles during transit.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment is confirmed. Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Carriers

We ship orders using USPS and FedEx. The available carrier may depend on your shipping address, order size, and selected shipping method.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.

Shipping Time

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, the carrier, weather conditions, holidays, or other delays outside of our control.
